.::ChamberTrust
Seal application for business (with available KBX option)
...a new 'global backbone' core CCI program with
affinity programme status (participating local chambers
are involved in the ChamberTrust process, making them
the 'onramp' to e-commerce).
ChamberTrust has
multiple functions serving the modern business. It can
even act as the single web investment a firm makes,
lowering costs in addition to the other benefits to
enhance exposure and help sales, giving an SME the power
to use a super large-scale system and global branding to
compete with mega-sized competitors...think local and
act global! ChamberTrust offers a very unique connection
between the ‘virtual world and the real world’ –
unique as there is simply no other business network with
the kind of international coverage the chambers have.
Membership in a
bona fide chamber enables a business to apply for
verification authenticated by the new ChamberTrust
website B2B seal. This imparts trust and confidence and
shortlists member businesses half way around the world
using a globally standardized process and the chamber
brand (a qualitative search engine, so to speak)...great
for businesses that are otherwise not well known outside
their immediate locale – lack of trust, confidence,
branding and visibility inside large regular search
engine returns being the primary reasons why SMEs have
yet far more opportunities to uncover with e-commerce on
the internet.
ChamberTrust
also offers the ability to upload extensive product and
service pdf brochures and company descriptions, along
with marketplace and transactional features. Data
systems are free-form text and complex-multilingual
capable, allowing a business to cover markets of
different sizes and languages at the same time.
Actual
ChamberTrust verification of local businesses is
performed by their local chambers before the business is
entered in the global registry. ChamberTrust is active
in 12 nations already as an affinity program with participating
CCIs, and another 10 nations are pending. Inquire with
your local chamber about ChamberTrust ! A ChamberTrust
Seal company is also added automatically to the WCN
Company file ads.
.::KBX financial partner search option option for
ChamberTrust
KBX is a service expected to commence in early 2006, as
an option on top of ChamberTrust B2B. With KBX,
companies supply additional information to registered financial
experts in the KBX pool which review both financial and
online company description material before it goes
online in the KBX data base.
The end result is a registry of small and mid-sized
enterprises (SMEs) ONLY, verified by ChamberTrust and
KBX listed which can help to find financial partners for
SMEs.

.::GBX Business Opportunities at the World Chambers
WCN's Business Opportunities (GBX) Service helps to
develop new business, with other chamber of commerce
members. Over 150 chambers around the world subscribe to
the GBX service, placing opportunities to buy or sell
for their member companies.
Companies can place opportunities
directly online or via the participating chamber. This
fee-for-service activity has become a new income source
for chambers. Chambers registering for this service can
select an occasional posting fee or annual fee (with
additional discount available to WCF members). Companies
can also pay online for their business opportunities.

.::Certificates of Origin
A Certificate of Origin (CO) is a document attesting that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained or produced or manufactured or processed in a particular country (country of origin). Virtually every country in the world considers the origin of imported goods when determining what duty will be assessed on the goods or, in some cases, whether the goods may be legally imported at all.
Certificates of Origin may be needed to comply with Letters of Credit, foreign Customs requirements or a buyer's request. |
|
.::WCN
Company Files
The WCN company files listing ad service offers a
quick reference 'rolodex' with abbreviated company info.
As it is an advertising service for SMEs, it has less
power than the ChamberTrust registry, and a WCN company
file ad is not verified (unless it entered the data
stream via the ChamberTrust registry).
Yet WCN Company File listing is a very affordable way to
test the global markets. |

for events that repeat at a future date or regular
intervals ... a real time saver for organizers. |
